What’s the difference between labels and patches?
Labels are usually small and meant to provide information, like the size, materials, or brand name of your garment. They’re typically sewn inside the garment.
Patches are bigger and meant to decorate the outside of your garment. They can be simple designs or more detailed, colorful graphics.
Can I heat-seal a woven patch? How do I do it?
Yes, you can heat-seal a woven patch if it comes with a heat-seal (iron-on) backing. Just place the patch on your garment, cover it with a cloth or parchment paper, and apply firm pressure with a hot iron for about 15–30 seconds. Let it cool so the adhesive sets properly. If the patch doesn’t have heat-seal backing, you’ll need to sew it on.
How many colors can I use in my design?
You can use up to 9 different colors.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer woven patches in sizes ranging from a half-inch (½”) up to 7 inches wide.
What’s the process for ordering a woven patch or label?
Send us your artwork.
We’ll create a mock-up of your woven patch or label for you to review.
You can request changes or approve the design.
Once approved, we’ll make a sample.
After you approve the sample, we’ll produce and ship your order.
