Capture stunning photorealistic detail with vibrant colors and lasting durability.
Capture photorealistic detail, complex graphics, small text, and designs not suitable for embroidery—all with sublimated patches.
Print & Stitch combines printing and embroidery (or chenille) seamlessly. Whether it’s complex artwork or small text, this technique ensures every detail of your design shines through.
Choose sublimation if you want a patch with bright, detailed, full-color designs that go beyond what embroidery and weaving can offer. It’s also perfect if your design includes intricate elements like tiny text or thin lines that would be difficult to achieve with other methods.
Think about combining the two if you’re envisioning a colorful, detailed background to make your embroidered design pop. This combo is also ideal if your design has small text or fine details that are best created with sublimation.
Yes, you can heat-seal a sublimation patch if it has a heat-seal (iron-on) backing. Place the patch on your garment, cover it with a cloth or parchment paper, and apply firm pressure with a hot iron for 15–30 seconds. Allow it to cool so the adhesive sets properly. If the patch does not come with heat-seal backing, it must be sewn on instead.
We offer sublimation patches ranging from ½ inch all the way up to 40 inches.
