Can I heat-seal PVC patches? How do I do it?
Yes, if it has a heat-seal backing. Just place it on your garment, cover with a cloth, and press with a hot iron for 15–30 seconds. Otherwise, sew it on.
Note: Don’t apply heat directly on PVC. These patches can only be heat-pressed from the bottom heater. Raise or lower the time according to the thickness of the fabric.
How many colors can I have on a PVC patch?
You can have up to 9 colors.
What sizes do you offer?
Our PVC patches range from ½ inch to 8 inches wide.
What’s the process for ordering a PVC patch?
Send us your artwork.
We’ll create a mock-up of your PVC patch for you to review.
You can request changes or approve the design.
Once approved, we’ll make a sample.
After you approve the sample, we’ll produce and ship your order.
