Can I get my chenille patch with sew-on or heat seal backing?
Yes! We offer both options. Just let us know which you prefer when placing your order.
Can I heat-seal a chenille patch? How do I do it?
Yes, if it has a heat-seal backing. Just place it on your garment, cover with a cloth, and press with a hot iron for 15–30 seconds. Otherwise, sew it on.
Is chenille good for small or large designs? Can I get small details in Chenille?
Chenille works best for mid sized or larger designs. For small details, we’ll use embroidery or chain stitching instead. We’ll work with your design to figure out the best mix.
How many colors can I use in my chenille patch design?
For larger designs, you can have up to 9 different colors. For smaller patches, the number of colors depends on the size of the patch. Usually, for patches under 4 inches, we recommend a maximum of 6 colors.
